Platform
Rules.
LiReach is built to help businesses find relevant prospects and start better conversations. These rules explain the standards we expect when using the platform.
1. Why these rules exist
LiReach provides tools that can automate parts of prospecting, lead generation and outreach. Because these tools can operate at scale, responsible use matters.
These Platform Rules establish the basic standards for using LiReach responsibly and help protect the quality of the platform, your business reputation, your prospects and other users.
These rules apply in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy .
2. Our core rules
When using LiReach, you agree to follow these fundamental principles:

Respect recipients
Respect responses, boundaries, preferences and reasonable requests to stop communication.
Follow applicable rules
Your use of LiReach must comply with applicable laws and third-party platform requirements.
3. Responsible outreach
LiReach helps automate parts of the outreach process, but automation does not remove your responsibility for the communications sent through your account.
You should make reasonable efforts to ensure that your outreach is:
- Relevant to the recipient.
- Clear about who you are and why you are contacting them where appropriate.
- Professional and respectful.
- Consistent with applicable communication laws.
- Appropriate for the platform through which it is delivered.
- Target a clearly defined ICP.
- Personalize messages where appropriate.
- Provide genuine business context.
- Stop or adjust outreach when appropriate.
- Sending irrelevant bulk messages.
- Misleading recipients.
- Repeatedly contacting people who ask you to stop.
- Using automation to abuse a platform.

5. LinkedIn and third-party platform rules
Some LiReach functionality may interact with LinkedIn or other third-party platforms.
You are responsible for understanding and complying with the rules that apply to your use of those platforms.
You must not use LiReach to intentionally bypass security measures, technical restrictions, access controls, usage limits or other safeguards imposed by a third-party platform.
Platform changes can affect LiReach
Third-party platforms may change their APIs, permissions, policies, rate limits or technical capabilities.
When such changes affect LiReach functionality, we will make reasonable technical efforts to investigate the issue and help with available upgrades, configuration changes or migration paths where technically and commercially feasible.
However, LiReach cannot guarantee that a third-party platform will continue to provide a particular capability or that an equivalent replacement will always be available.
6. Lead generation rules
LiReach may provide manual and AI-assisted tools for finding potential leads.
You are responsible for reviewing whether prospects identified through LiReach are appropriate for your intended outreach.
Lead information and AI-generated recommendations may contain inaccuracies or become outdated.
You should not assume that every lead identified by LiReach is automatically authorized, interested or appropriate to contact.
Define your ICP
Establish the type of business, role or prospect you are actually trying to reach.
Review your leads
Review lead information and determine whether the prospect is appropriate for your campaign.
Use responsible outreach
Make sure your messages and campaign behavior are relevant, lawful and respectful.
7. Using LiReach AI responsibly
LiReach may use AI to analyze business information, generate ICP recommendations, identify or qualify leads, personalize messages, nurture conversations and assist with replies.
AI-generated information should be treated as assistance rather than guaranteed fact.
You should review important information before using it in a business decision or communication.
Do not use AI to deceive
You must not intentionally configure or use LiReach AI to impersonate another person, fabricate material facts, create fraudulent communications or mislead recipients about the identity or purpose of your outreach.
8. Content and information you provide
You may provide LiReach with company information, website URLs, ICP details, sample messages, campaign instructions and other information.
You must have the necessary rights or permissions to provide information that you submit to LiReach.
You must not intentionally upload or submit:
- Malware or malicious code.
- Stolen or unlawfully obtained information.
- Content that violates applicable law.
- Content designed to facilitate fraud or deception.
- Information that you are not authorized to process or provide.
9. Account and credential safety
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your LiReach account and any connected accounts or credentials used with the platform.
You must not share credentials in a way that compromises account security or allows unauthorized individuals to operate your campaigns.
If you believe your account or a connected account has been compromised, you should take appropriate steps to secure it and contact LiReach where assistance is required.
10. Automation and ongoing processes
LiReach may automate certain parts of lead generation, qualification, outreach, nurturing and replies.
Before activating an automated workflow, you should understand what the workflow is intended to do and review its settings where applicable.
You are responsible for monitoring your campaigns and making changes when the underlying circumstances, target audience or business objectives change.
Stop automation when it is no longer appropriate
If a campaign becomes irrelevant, a prospect asks not to be contacted, a platform changes its rules, or another circumstance makes continued outreach inappropriate, you should stop or adjust the relevant workflow.
11. Security and abuse
You must not use LiReach to attack, compromise or interfere with the platform or its infrastructure.
This includes attempting to:
- Circumvent authentication or access controls.
- Access another user's account or information.
- Probe or exploit security vulnerabilities without authorization.
- Disrupt LiReach infrastructure.
- Introduce malicious software or harmful code.
- Overload systems through abusive activity.
12. Prohibited uses
You may not use LiReach for activities that are unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or designed to harm other people or organizations.
We may restrict or prohibit additional categories of activity where reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, our infrastructure or the integrity of the platform.
13. What happens when rules are violated
If we believe an account is being used in violation of these Platform Rules, our Terms of Service or applicable law, we may take appropriate action.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
- Asking you to modify or stop a campaign.
- Restricting certain features.
- Pausing automated workflows.
- Temporarily limiting account access.
- Suspending or terminating an account.
Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, LiReach may provide an opportunity to address the issue before taking further action.
Our goal is responsible use
These rules are not intended to prevent legitimate business outreach. They exist to help ensure that LiReach remains useful for businesses while reducing abusive, deceptive or harmful activity.
