1. Agreement to these Terms

By creating an account, accessing or using LiReach, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy .

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the service.

If you are using LiReach on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. The LiReach service

LiReach is an AI-powered outreach and lead generation platform designed to help businesses discover relevant prospects, organize leads and support outreach and nurturing workflows.

Depending on the features available to your account, LiReach may provide functionality including:

• Business and company profile analysis.
• AI-assisted Ideal Customer Profile generation.
• Manual and AI-assisted lead generation.
• Lead review and qualification.
• Personalized outreach generation.
• Automated lead nurturing.
• AI-assisted replies.
• Campaign and lead tracking.

Features may change, be updated or be discontinued from time to time as LiReach develops its services.

3. Account registration and security

Some LiReach features require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating and maintaining your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs through your account.

You must notify LiReach promptly if you believe that your account has been accessed without authorization.

You may not create an account for another person without appropriate authorization or use the service to impersonate another person or organization.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use LiReach responsibly and only for lawful business purposes.

You must not use LiReach to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Violate the terms or policies of third-party platforms or services.
• Engage in fraud, deception, impersonation or other unlawful activity.
• Send content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, discriminatory or otherwise prohibited.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to LiReach, another user's account or related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service.
• Reverse engineer, copy or attempt to extract the underlying source code of the service except where permitted by applicable law.
• Use automated methods to access LiReach in ways not authorized by us.
• Use LiReach to create or distribute spam, malicious content or deceptive communications.

5. Outreach and communications

LiReach may provide tools for generating, personalizing, sending or managing outreach communications.

You are responsible for the content of communications sent through your account and for ensuring that your outreach practices are appropriate for your audience.

You must ensure that your outreach complies with applicable privacy, marketing, anti-spam and communications laws and regulations.

You are also responsible for respecting opt-out, consent and other communication preferences where applicable.

6. LinkedIn and third-party platforms

Certain LiReach functionality may interact with LinkedIn or other third-party services.

Your use of LinkedIn and any other third-party platform remains subject to that platform's own terms, policies and requirements.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of LiReach in connection with those platforms is permitted under the applicable platform rules.

LiReach does not represent that it is endorsed by, affiliated with or sponsored by LinkedIn unless expressly stated otherwise.

LiReach is not responsible for restrictions, suspensions, changes or actions taken by third-party platforms in relation to your account or activity.

7. LinkedIn API Dependency

We cannot guarantee the continued availability of any particular LiReach functionality that depends on an underlying LinkedIn capability if LinkedIn removes, restricts, changes or discontinues that capability.

Changes made by LinkedIn to its APIs, permissions, products, policies, rate limits or technical capabilities may affect the availability, performance or functionality of certain LiReach features.

If the affected functionality can no longer be supported because LinkedIn has removed or restricted the underlying capability, the LiReach team will work with you to determine the best available alternative and, where technically possible, help you transition away from the affected workflow.

However, LiReach cannot guarantee that every LinkedIn change can be technically resolved or that an equivalent replacement will always be available, particularly where LinkedIn permanently removes or restricts the underlying capability.

8. AI-powered features

LiReach uses artificial intelligence and automated processing to provide certain features.

AI may assist with tasks such as understanding your business, preparing an Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), identifying prospects, qualifying leads, generating messages, nurturing conversations and responding to basic questions.

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions or unexpected results.

You should review AI-generated information and communications where appropriate before relying on or sending them.

9. Your content and information

You may provide information to LiReach such as company details, website URLs, ICP information, prospect information, campaign information and sample messages.

You retain ownership of content and information that you provide to LiReach, subject to the rights necessary for us to provide the service.

By providing content to LiReach, you grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, analyze, transmit and otherwise use that content to provide and improve the services, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to provide the information and content you submit to LiReach.

10. Intellectual property

LiReach and its underlying technology, software, design, branding, interfaces, documentation and other materials are owned by or licensed to Qamringa Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense or create derivative works based on LiReach or its underlying technology.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of LiReach intellectual property to you.

11. Plans, subscriptions and payments

Certain LiReach features may require payment under a subscription or other pricing arrangement.

Applicable pricing, billing periods, usage limits and included features will be presented to you before purchase where applicable.

Billing

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you authorize LiReach or its designated payment provider to charge the applicable fees according to the selected billing arrangement.

Taxes

You are responsible for applicable taxes associated with your purchase or use of the service, except taxes imposed on LiReach's income.

Refunds and cancellations

Refunds, cancellations and subscription changes are subject to the terms applicable to your selected plan or purchase.

Where specific refund or cancellation terms apply, those terms will be presented to you at the time of purchase or within the applicable plan documentation.

12. Third-party services

LiReach may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including hosting, payment, analytics, communication, AI, authentication or other providers.

Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies and limitations.

LiReach is not responsible for the independent operation, availability, security or policies of third-party services.

13. Service availability

We aim to keep LiReach available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times.

Service availability may be affected by maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party services, internet connectivity or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may temporarily suspend or limit access when reasonably necessary to maintain security, reliability or the integrity of the service.

14. Suspension and termination

You may stop using LiReach at any time, subject to any applicable subscription or payment obligations.

We may suspend or terminate your access to LiReach if we reasonably believe that:

• You have violated these Terms.
• Your activity creates a security or legal risk.
• Your use may harm LiReach, other users or third parties.
• You are using the service for unlawful or prohibited purposes.
• Payment obligations are not satisfied where applicable.

Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, we may provide notice before suspension or termination.

15. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LiReach is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms.

We do not guarantee that LiReach will produce a particular number of leads, meetings, responses, customers, revenue or other business results.

Lead information, AI-generated outputs, buying signals and prospect recommendations may not always be accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qamringa Private Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless LiReach, its owners, personnel and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses arising from:

• Your use or misuse of LiReach.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
• Content or information you submit through the service.
• Your outreach activities or communications.

17. Confidentiality

You may receive non-public information about LiReach or our services while using the platform.

You agree not to disclose confidential information belonging to LiReach except where disclosure is required by law or otherwise authorized by us.

Information that is already publicly available, independently developed or lawfully obtained from another source is generally not considered confidential under this section.

18. Communications

By creating a LiReach account, you may receive service-related communications such as account notifications, security messages, billing information, product updates and support communications.

Where required by applicable law, marketing communications will include appropriate options to unsubscribe or manage communication preferences.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to LiReach, our business practices, technology or legal requirements.

When we make changes, we will update the Last updated date shown at the top of this page.

If a change is material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.

Your continued use of LiReach after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

21. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with any additional terms expressly incorporated into them and our Privacy Policy, constitute the agreement between you and LiReach regarding your use of the service.

22. Governing law and disputes

These Terms will be governed by the laws of INDIA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the LiReach services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Patna/ Bihar/ India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
