From LinkedIn Outreach to a Structured Pipeline
For NEO SDR, LinkedIn outreach is an important part of building new business opportunities. But effective outbound prospecting is about more than simply sending connection requests. Prospects need to move through a structured journey—from identification and confirmation to connection, engagement, nurturing, and eventually a sales conversation.
NEO SDR used LiReach to create a structured LinkedIn outreach campaign that could manage these stages while automating repetitive outreach activities.
The Challenge
Managing a LinkedIn outreach campaign manually can become time-consuming as the number of prospects grows. Each prospect may require different actions depending on how they respond to the campaign.
A prospect may need to be reviewed, confirmed, sent a connection request, followed up with if they do not accept, engaged through their profile or posts, and eventually moved into a messaging sequence after accepting the connection.
NEO SDR needed a more systematic way to manage this process while keeping prospects moving through the outreach pipeline.
The LiReach Solution
NEO SDR used LiReach to build a multi-stage LinkedIn outreach workflow. Instead of treating every prospect the same way, the campaign could move prospects through different stages based on their engagement.
The campaign began with 509 leads and progressed through lead confirmation, profile activity, connection requests, nurturing, and messaging.
509 Leads Entered the Campaign
The campaign started with 509 leads. LiReach then moved prospects through the lead confirmation stage before continuing with the outreach workflow.
402 Leads Confirmed
Out of the initial lead pool, 402 leads were confirmed. These prospects then continued into the next stages of the LinkedIn campaign.
This created a more structured path from the initial lead list to active outreach.
400 Connection Requests Sent
Once prospects moved into the outreach workflow, the campaign recorded 400 connection requests.
The important part was what happened after those connection requests. LiReach separated prospects into different paths depending on whether the connection was accepted.
When a Connection Was Not Accepted
Prospects who did not immediately accept the connection request could continue through a separate nurturing path rather than simply being abandoned.
The campaign included activities such as:
- Like Post
- Follow Profile
- Additional post engagement
- Comment on Post
- View Profile
- Withdraw Connection Request
The campaign recorded 331 leads in the non-accepted path, allowing the outreach workflow to continue engaging with these prospects.
When a Connection Was Accepted
Prospects who accepted the connection moved into a more direct engagement sequence.
The campaign recorded 69 accepted connections. These prospects could then continue through a multi-step messaging workflow.
The sequence included:
- Send Message 1
- Endorse Skill
- Send Message 2
- View Profile
- Send Message 3
- Send Message 4
This approach created a longer engagement journey instead of relying on a single message to generate a response.
Moving Prospects Toward Meetings
The campaign was not only focused on generating LinkedIn activity. It was designed to move prospects through a pipeline toward a potential sales conversation.
At the end of the workflow, 32 leads reached the “Meeting Ready” stage.
From the 400 connection requests sent, 69 connections were accepted, representing a 17.25% connection acceptance rate.
The campaign ultimately moved 32 prospects to the Meeting Ready stage, giving NEO SDR a clear view of prospects progressing through its outreach workflow.
The Pipeline at a Glance
The NEO SDR campaign followed a clear progression:
509 Leads → 402 Confirmed → 402 Profile Views → 400 Connection Requests → 69 Accepted Connections → 32 Meeting-Ready Leads
At the same time, prospects who did not accept the connection request continued through a separate nurturing workflow.
More Than Just Outreach Automation
The value of the campaign was not simply the number of automated actions. It was the structure behind those actions.
Instead of manually deciding what to do with every prospect, NEO SDR could create a defined journey for different prospect behaviors.
Prospects who did not accept could continue through profile and content engagement, while accepted connections could move into a multi-step messaging sequence.
This created a more organized approach to LinkedIn prospecting, where each stage had a defined purpose and the pipeline could continue moving forward.
The Results
- 509 leads entered the campaign
- 402 leads were confirmed
- 400 connection requests were sent
- 69 connections were accepted
- 32 leads reached the Meeting Ready stage
The campaign demonstrates how LiReach can help turn LinkedIn prospecting into a structured pipeline rather than a collection of disconnected outreach activities.
What NEO SDR Had to Say

The Bigger Picture
Effective outbound is not simply about sending more messages. It is about creating a system that consistently moves the right prospects toward a conversation.
With LiReach, NEO SDR created a LinkedIn outreach workflow that connected lead confirmation, profile engagement, connection requests, nurturing, and messaging into one campaign.
The result was a measurable prospecting pipeline that started with 509 leads and moved 32 leads to the Meeting Ready stage.
That’s the difference between simply doing LinkedIn outreach and building an outreach system.
